Designed for Luxury Kitchen & Bath Showrooms to solve the challenges we know you face.

From people who know this industry from the inside, designed with the operators who run it.

No sales calls, pitch decks or demos before you can see the product in action. We did it backwards.

What you're looking at is a working preview. Not a vision deck, not a roadmap slide. Open it. Take the tours that show how we address the challenges we know you face. Poke around. If something doesn't resonate, let us know and we can change it for everybody, or just for you.

The Challenges
Pattern · 01

Every quote starts from zero. Every revision almost does too.

The pattern

It's Thursday. A designer wants a kitchen quote with three appliance options by Friday. Your advisor opens the product catalog for the SKUs, the price sheet for current pricing, the trade tier doc for this customer, and last week's similar quote to copy the formatting. Exports to PDF, then edits it by hand to make it presentable. An hour later the proposal goes out. Sunday morning, the designer emails: swap one of the options. Monday morning is now spent rebuilding the quote. Same files, same PDF, same hour. The rest of the week starts behind.

How we solve it

Aura Sales pulls product, pricing, and customer terms from one source. Proposals build from your data, formatted and ready to send, no PDF cleanup. Revisions open with the previous version already loaded; swap a SKU and the price updates, add an option and the spec follows. Sunday's request is a five-minute change. Monday is yours.

You sold the appliance. The install crew is the first to ask about the kickplate.

The pattern

A Wolf 48-inch range with the red knobs. Your advisor gets the model right, the finish right, the burner configuration right, and the order ships. Two months later, install morning. The range is on the truck. The kickplate isn't, because it's a separate SKU and nobody flagged that this model needs one. The crew can't finish. The designer calls. The kickplate is a $200 part; the reschedule, the expedited freight, and the awkward call cost ten times that.

How we solve it

Aura Catalog stores more than a SKU. Every item carries its rules: required accessories, install specs, compatibility constraints, customer prep notes. When your advisor adds the Wolf range to a quote, the kickplate goes on the order, the 240V outlet shows up in the homeowner's prep list, and the cabinet opening gets checked against the clearance requirement. The kickplate is on the truck.

Price books change, vendor multipliers shift, margin moves before anyone notices.

The pattern

A vendor sent over an updated multiplier last month. Three of your top brands shifted by four to seven points. Two weeks of quotes went out at the old margin. Your CFO catches it during the close. The orders are placed, the customers signed. You eat the difference, and nobody can tell you exactly how much.

How we solve it

Pricing lives in one place, with effective dates and approval workflows. When a price sheet lands, you see what's changing, when it takes effect, and which open quotes are still out at the old number. Before they ship.

You promise a delivery date, then juggle inventory across jobs all week to keep it.

The pattern

Two projects need the same Brizo finish by Friday. Your warehouse has one. The kitchen install is tomorrow morning, the bath rough-in is Thursday. You re-route the back-ordered piece to the bath project and call that designer to push the date out a week. By Thursday afternoon, you're doing the same dance with three other SKUs across four other jobs.

How we solve it

Aura Fulfillment keeps inventory live at the moment of the quote. Promised dates carry through to allocation. When supply tightens, the system shows which commitments are at risk, and where the slack is, before the juggling starts.

A luxury renovation isn't one order. It's months of staged deliveries: rough-in, finish, install. One slipped date moves everything.

The pattern

A high-end primary bath: forty-seven items across cabinetry, plumbing, tile, and hardware, each keyed to a different date. The tub has to land before the rough-in inspection. The cabinets have to be set before the counter fabricator can template. Then the GC pushes the start two weeks and the whole calendar shifts. Your morning is four phone calls, three reschedules, and the appliance vendor still hasn't been told.

How we solve it

Aura Delivery runs each project as a delivery schedule, not a single order. Items are sequenced to the key dates, and when the GC's start moves, you see what has to shift with it and what doesn't, before the trucks are on the road. Aura Trade keeps the trades on the same schedule: their date changes flow into yours, your delivery commitments flow into theirs. Four phone calls become one timeline.

Deposits, draws, change orders, credits. Whether you've billed for the work that's been done runs on spreadsheets and guesswork.

The pattern

A high-end kitchen renovation: cabinetry, appliances, plumbing, tile, and hardware, billed over four months. Fifty percent at signing, twenty-five at cabinet delivery, balance on install. Then the client adds a wine fridge. Then the cooktop swaps from gas to induction. Two change orders, one credit for the original cooktop. By month-end the bookkeeper has the original schedule, the change orders, and a hunch. Nobody can say for sure whether you're ahead or behind on the cash flow.

How we solve it

Aura Finance tracks the billing schedule against the live project, not the original contract. Change orders update the schedule. Credits post against the right milestone. At any moment, you can see whether you're ahead or behind on the cash flow, not at month-end, not on a hunch.

Every role starts the day guessing what to work on first. Nobody sees what's slipping until it's already late.

The pattern

Monday morning. The advisor opens the inbox and starts on whatever's loudest: the prospect who replied last night, even though the proposal closing this week is still waiting on a revision. The buyer works the PO list oldest-first, missing that the cabinets for Friday's install haven't shipped. The GM scans yesterday's sales and doesn't see the two quotes that have gone quiet for ten days. They're each making a reasonable call with the screen in front of them. By Wednesday, the install is at risk, the proposal has gone cold, and the cabinets are still on a truck. Every one of those signals was sitting in the system. Nothing was watching for them.

How we solve it

Aura Insights reads your quotes, schedules, payments, and deliveries to learn how your showroom runs. Every morning, each role opens to what needs attention, what's at risk, and what to do about it. Not a report to pull, a queue to work. Override it when your judgment says otherwise. Most mornings, the system already knows.

Built on the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Most operations software is another tab. Another login. Another vendor in your security review. Another silo to reconcile. Aura Advisor isn't. That's architecture, not marketing.

Microsoft Partner Copilot-native

DATA INTELLIGENCE Outlook Teams Excel Business Central SharePoint OneDrive AURA ADVISOR
Business Central. Native, woven through.

Aura Advisor is the operating layer above your ERP, not a replacement. With Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, that layer isn't an integration. It's continuous. Quotes commit to orders without a sync. Inventory is live, not last-night. The seam disappears. So does the integration tax.

Other ERPs. Connected, not native.

On any other ERP, Aura Advisor connects through standard interfaces. The experience above the line is the same. The plumbing underneath changes.

Eight modules, one workflow.
